Tori Foster Jewellery – A Journey from the Bench to the Boutique

Craftsmanship and Storytelling
Tori’s love for making things began when she was a child learning to sew with her granny, and it’s grown into a passion for creating beautifully handcrafted jewellery.

After studying at the London Jewellery School and completing multiple diplomas with Jewellers Academy, she developed a signature style inspired by the night sky, natural textures, and organic forms
Displaying Tori’s Jewellery
Seeing my displays used to present Tori’s jewellery, both at craft fairs and in her studio, is something I’m really glad to be a part of.
They provide a solid, natural base upon which to keep her creations safe and secure, while keeping the focus on the detail and texture she works so hard to achieve.

In Tori’s Words
"I've used Shane's products to display my jewellery for several years now, they are great quality and reasonably priced. I always get compliments on how smart they look too and other maker friends wanting to know where they are from! He's super helpful with orders and custom makes, having the compartment trays that fit my jewellery boxes perfectly makes setting up and packing down at fairs an absolute dream"
The Journey to Her Own Shop
Since I first started supplying Tori with displays she has opened her very own shop. Opening a jewellery shop must be the dream for many jewellery makers, however like most things in life the reality of running a shop is more than just showing up and turning the lights on it’s a complex reality full of risk, decision-making, and trial and error.
Tori’s honesty about the reality of opening a shop will resonate with anyone who’s ever started something from scratch:
“It will not go to plan — even if you’re the most meticulous planner. There’s always something unexpected when you’re dealing with people and projects, and that’s okay. You just take a deep breath, maybe have a glass of wine, and carry on.”

Tori’s studio isn’t just a place to make jewellery, it’s a space where creativity is shared. She loves inviting others into the process and helping them discover the joy of working with metal.
“People are so interested in what I’m doing, they ask about every tool, every process. It’s a lovely moment when I can say, ‘I make this, and I can teach you how to make it too.”
Her path shows how a creative business can grow organically starting from a maker’s heart, evolving through skill-building, and then venturing into running a shop.

My Favourite Pieces
One piece that really stands out to me is Tori’s Forest Moss Agate Pendant. I’ve recently discovered moss agate and I love the natural, earthy look of this stone — it feels like a tiny landscape captured in glass. The shades of green are subtle but full of depth, giving the pendant an organic feel that fits perfectly with Tori’s nature-inspired style.

I also really like her Cloud Stud Earrings. They look elegant and delicate, and they’re priced in a way that makes them a perfect little gift – or even just a treat for yourself. They’re the kind of earrings you buy when you want something a little different.
