For Riley, choosing a display is as much about values as it is about presentation. Sustainability and ethical sourcing are at the heart of Campfire & Compass Jewellery, so it was important to them that their displays reflected the same principles. By working with our handcrafted wooden trays and stands are made only from FSC and PEFC certified wood products Riley supports a local maker while ensuring their stall setup aligns with their commitment to the environment.
When it came to our Ring Tray with Sliding Lid, Riley chose to replace the standard foam insert with an eco-friendly alternative. This thoughtful change keeps their handmade rings secure while reducing reliance on synthetic materials. It’s a small but meaningful adjustment that allows the tray to fit seamlessly with their ethos of sustainability and conscious making.
The result is a display that not only presents their jewellery beautifully but also stays true to their values.

My Favourite Pieces
One piece from Riley’s collection that immediately caught my eye is the Jackdaw Talon Pendant. It’s unlike anything I’ve come across before — striking, bold, and full of character. What makes it so captivating is the way it has been cast directly from a real claw, capturing every fine detail and texture. The result is a pendant that feels both raw and refined, balancing natural form with the elegance of solid silver.

I’m also really drawn to Riley’s collection of gemstone stacking rings. My favourite of the set has to be the Tiger’s Eye ring. I already own a couple of Tiger’s Eye bracelets, so it’s definitely a stone I’d personally wear. On Riley’s site it’s described as the “problem-solving stone” — which makes me think I might need to add a few more pieces to my collection, as I’ve still got plenty of problems to work through!
What I really love about it is the deep, earthy brown and amber tones, which give the ring such a warm, grounding look.
